- Planning Department report, code violations and enforcement
- Recommendation from Planning Commission with supporting documents on Smith lot line adjustment
- Follow-up discussion on US 189 UDOT Preservation Corridor Agreement
- Further consideration of flag lots within the Town
- Discussion and possible resolution to adjust building permit fees
- Daniel Municipal Water issues as needed
- Storm Haven Water issues as necessary
- Discussion of Witt-Heiner annexation into Heber City
- Discussion of US Department of Interior Environmental Assessment on Daniel Irrigation canal modification/pipeline
- Approval of Council meeting minutes of February 1, 2016
- Mayor’s update on airport expansion
- Recorder’s Office: Warrants, announcements, etc.
