The Daniel Planning Commission is holding a continuation of the public hearing for a request for zone change at 2530 S Daniels Rd at their meeting on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 7 PM at 55 S 500 E in Heber City. This hearing was continued from the September 17, 2025 meeting of the Daniel Planning Commission at the request of the applicant.  All interested persons are encouraged to attend and comment.  If you are unable to attend but would like to be a part of the record, you may send written comment to the Town Clerk at [email protected] prior to the public hearing.
