3. Consideration of recommendations brought forth by the Planning Commission: Planning Director Bunker letter re: non-compliance of Town code, and draft agriculture permit submitted by Commissioner Weight

• Presentation by Lynne Shindurling, Clerk/Recorder, of the 2013-2014 budget update for third quarter FY and preliminary discussion of 2014-2015 budget
