TOWN OF DANIEL NOTICE OF ZONE CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the Daniel Town Council voted to approve Daniel  Town Ordinance TO 05.01.2023 to approve a zone change from RA-5 to Commercial for Ellis Subdivision Parcel #s 20-2403 and 20-4525 at approximately HWY-189 and 3000 South on May 1, 2023, following a properly noticed public hearing on the issue.
