UDOT is proposing a project to construct three separate segments of 42-inch concrete barrier in the median along US-189 in Heber.  An open house will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM at the Charleston Town Hall.  See flyer for details.
